The shower is amazing, like standing in a rainstorm (but a hot one), the bed was huge and very comfortable. Best bit was the amazing view, we wrapped up and sat and watched the sunset nearly every night. Made the most of the woodstove on the final two nights. Adrian and Helen were friendly and welcoming, and the cake and and milk were a lovely touch. Good walks to the village, where the small shop can be recommended for things you need, but forgot to bring with you or buy elsewhere :-) We didn't go out to eat, local hostelries had (for us, at least) erratic opening hours and we didn't want to leave the place in the evenings. Really recommend The Wash House.

It is the perfect place to get away from it all with fantastic views. The hosts were helpful and the facilities in The Wash House were great. The quality of finish on the furnishings was high and added to the warm and welcoming feel. Looking forward to returning.
