The Old Stable is a spacious two-story property boasts three bedrooms, making it perfect for families or larger groups. The ground floor features an open-plan living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, alongside a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, you’ll find a double and another twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom. Outside, an enclosed garden with a sitting area offers a tranquil spot to enjoy the rural surroundings. Guests at Meadowbrook Farm can enjoy private walks on the farm’s expansive grounds, observe the pedigree herd of Hereford Cattle and horses grazing in the fields, or visit the ponds teeming with wildlife.

Quality conversion of old stable a short walk from the attractive town of Thame. Local attractions include the upper Thames valley, The Chiltern hills and their pretty villages. Several National Trust properties are nearby as well as the P and R into Oxford. The owners were very friendly and helpful and despite not great weather we had a most enjoyable week.

We had such a lovely time that we've already booked again. Woken up by a cuckoo most mornings, quiet, peaceful but amenities close by. We would highly recommend, but we don't want it to get booked up!

Location is excellent with dog walks from the door and Thame close by. Be aware the kitchen is small if you’re planning to cook meals, which we did no problem. However at our time of visit there was plenty of pans but only one lid, couldn’t find scissors which we needed to open packs etc… we feel just needs a quick sort out of what is needed Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious , plenty of hot water and cosy on a dark night
