Lovely accommodation set in beautiful surroundings. Loved waking up to the sound of the chickens and seeing the cows. Rob was a great host and the bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch. Perfect location for visiting diddly squat farm and the farmers dog. Will definitely be booking again.

For us it was great to be staying in an Eco-friendly property with EV charging. Given the very hot weather the fan provided was a welcome essential. The location of the Old Stables is good for visiting a range of popular Cotswold villages and other attractions as well as being within a relatively short drive of a number of pubs, places to eat, small supermarkets and other amenities. The Old Stables is set in lovely farmland countryside, but walking directly from the property is very limited. However we found plenty of walks of varying length a drive away in beautiful settings and away from the busier tourist centres. The property is modern, quite comfortable, very clean and the kitchen relatively well equipped. The integrated microwave, oven and grill was a bit of a challenge but the instructions are there to be used. We experienced poor internet connection during the week which we understand was a short term issue. The owner lives on site, he gave us a warm welcome and was quick to respond to a couple of queries we had during our stay. All in all the Old Stables was reasonable value for money.
