Resting in the heart of the idyllic and award-winning Kingham in Oxfordshire is 12 Manor Farm Close. With two of the regions finest pubs just a short stroll away and the popular Daylesford Organic Farmshop reachable by car, bike, or a relaxing walk, this cottage is ideally located for a delightful retreat. Arriving at the cottage, an off-road parking space greets you before stepping into the bright and airy open-plan living space. The chef of your group will love rustling up delicious meals with the electric oven and halogen hob, with a dishwasher to make cleaning up that bit easier! From here, gather your group to dine at the dining table as you discuss the day's events over a tasty dinner. When it is time to relax, settle down on the plush sofas to watch the Smart TV for the evening; in the warmer months, the space benefits from patio doors allowing plenty of fresh air in, and in the cooler months, a stylish woodburner to keep you toasty. When sleep calls, make your way to one of three en-suite bedrooms; the ground floor hosts a two king-size rooms, one of which provides a bath with a shower over and the other a sleek walk-in shower, both with a light and bright décor. Climb the stairs to the final bedroom, a twin (Please note: these are both positioned quite low, they are futon beds with futon mattresses, with a charming sloped ceiling and yet more light coming into the space (Please note: this room does not have a door). Completing the property is an enclosed patio with plenty of dining furniture so you can take your meals alfresco and savour a glass of wine in the last of the summer sun. When you can tear yourself away from this fabulous holiday home, why not treat your loved ones to a meal out in one of the fantastic village pubs, namely The Wild Rabbit, which gained its first Michelin star in 2017. Just a short car journey away is the renowned Daylesford Farm Shop, offering an excellent selection of organic produce. Days out can be spent exploring Chastleton House, a Jacobean manor home encompassed by pretty grounds, while history buffs will enjoy a day at Chipping Norton Museum for a taste of a time gone-by. Slightly further afield, get up-close with over 260 native and exotic species at Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens, or make your way further into the Cotwolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and discover more quaint towns and villages. Stow-on-the-Wold rests just a short car journey or scenic bike ride away, and is home to an array of quirky shops plenty of eateries, whilst Burford and Bourton on the Water are also reachable by car. 12 Manor Farm Close is a wonderful retreat, all year round.

Situated between Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold and Burford is the delightful village of Kingham. Once voted England's favourite village, Kingham boasts an abundance of historic buildings, as well as being referenced in the Domesday Book. The popular Daylesford Organic farm shop rests nearby, with two charming country pubs to enjoy and plenty more eateries in the surrounding towns and villages, perfect for enjoying on foot, by bicycle or by car!

    The house itself was immaculate, spacious and just beautiful. There's lots to do in the cotswolds and we had the most amazing stay and definitely did not want to leave.
