Aintree Cottage is ideally located in the courtyard at Bruern Cottages and is perfectly placed for exploring Bruern.

The front door opens into a rather grand sitting room, with comfortable seating and a beautiful carved wood fireplace complete with a club fender, ready for those cooler evenings.

A wood art nouveau sideboard is full of toys and board games, with another treat for the children being the den under the stairs; with its own door and inside, dressing up clothes, more toys and a toy cooker - It is strictly out of bounds to all grown ups!

The separate kitchen is well-equipped and is perfect for keen chefs to create a home cooked meal for everyone. The round pine farmhouse style table is big enough for everyone to sit together for those special evening meals, or to simply sit and sip coffee in the morning.

A flight of stairs, festooned with prints of Victorian and Edwardian worthies, heads up from the sitting room to three tastefully furnished bedrooms. A magnificent mahogany four-poster bed dominates the main bedroom which has its own en suite bathroom. Two further twin bedrooms share the family bathroom with its marble topped wash stand and shower over the bath.

French doors lead out from the sitting room to a private terrace with outdoor furniture and views across the estate gardens. The patio area is the perfect place for alfresco dining, with a gas barbecue being provided.

Aintree Cottage is part of Bruern Cottages. Bruern Cottages offer unlimited access to a communal games room, two spa treatment rooms (bookable via the Estate office), an indoor pool and a gym area for guests to use.

There are bicycles available to rent for the day, by the main office. Standard bicycles are free of charge and E-bikes are £30 per bike, per day.

There is an electric car charging point available to use on-site and it is free of charge. Please enquire at the Estate office.

Children must be supervised at all times when using the indoor swimming pool.

Sorry, children are not permitted in the gym.

A river runs through the estate and leads to a weir that is gated off. Please supervise children at all times.
