Bookers is a beautiful detached cottage set in its own apple orchard in Bruern. Built in traditional mellow Cotswolds Stone and roofed in lichen covered Stonesfield mellow slates, this is your quintessential Cotswolds bolthole.

The front door leads into a large, peaceful drawing room with a stunning stone fireplace and traditional open fire. Sumptuous soft furnishings allow guest to simply sit back, relax and enjoy this calm inviting space which is central to the cottage.

The open-plan kitchen and dining room is bright, inviting and well-equipped with dark grey quartz worktops and Fired Earth Marrakesh tiles complementing the solid wood doors. A large round farmhouse table and chairs ensures that everyone can sit together to enjoy quality family or friends time.

Upstairs are three well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom one faces south over the garden to the Abbey has a beautiful four-poster with matching fabric ottoman at the foot of the bed. The en-suite bathroom is tiled in grey faux marble to match the carrera marble of the washstand. There are two further twin bedrooms on this floor along with a family bathroom with a stunning cast iron bath.

French doors lead out from the dining area to the south west facing terrace and garden which is enclosed by yew hedges and has a vine and rose covered pergola. There is enough lawn for croquet and plenty of apple trees to string a hammock between.

Bookers Cottage is part of Bruern Cottages and enjoys access to a the communal games room, two spa treatment rooms, a heated indoor pool, and gym area. There is a children's playground at the property and there are also rental bicycles available for all too. Standard bicycles are free of charge and E-bikes are £30 per bike, per day.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (additional charge of £15 per dog, per night).

Children and infants welcome. Travel cots, highchairs and stair gates available on request (please provide your own cot linen).

A gas barbecue is provided.

Bookers Cottage is part of Bruern Cottages. Bruern Cottages offer unlimited access to a communal games room, two spa treatment rooms (bookable via the Estate office), a heated indoor pool and a gym area for guests to use.

There are bicycles available to rent for the day, by the main office. Standard bicycles are free of charge and E-bikes are £30 per bike, per day.

There is an electric car charging point available to use on-site and it is free of charge. Please enquire at the Estate office.

Children must be supervised at all times when using the indoor swimming pool.

Sorry, children are not permitted in the gym.

A river runs through the estate and leads to a weir that is gated off. Please supervise children at all times.
