Nestled at the end of a lane, this single-storey barn conversion is located on the owner’s working farm and has been lovingly restored from the original old stables. The internal doorways have been built with wheelchairs in mind, and there is a ramp to both the front and the back of the property. It has its own enclosed garden, which is perfect for sitting out in the evenings and taking in the beautiful countryside. Beyond the gardens are acres of rolling countryside with many walks for guests to enjoy. The Stables at Court Farm is situated on the edge of the village of Marksbury, just a short drive from Bath, 5 miles. For those staying over the festive season, be sure to visit the Bath Christmas Markets. Bristol, 10 miles, has many attractions and great shopping at Cabot Circus, which has over 90 shops, as well as a mix of restaurants and a cinema. This is a great base from which to explore Somerset. The city of Wells is a 30-minute drive away, and Glastonbury with its famous tor and abbey, is within easy reach. Perhaps visit the wonders of Cheddar Gorge and the wonderful Wookey Hole Caves. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Lovely cottage In quiet & beautiful locationSpacious accommodation with a lovely patio in an enclosed garden overlooking the fields behind Great for our little puppy to run around in safely..Host was the lovely Mrs Giles who was welcoming and helpful with information about local restaurantsWe had a lovely surprise present on arrival .. the wine was delicious The only negative comment was that the main bedroom had no wardrobe but did have hooks on the door .Fortunately the twin bed room had one so we were able to share !!Would definitely recommend a stay here .

Lovely clean cottage with comfortable beds and in a very quiet location. Lovely owner. Brig food with you as the local garage shop is very limited and expensive. Very near Bath and Wells and Lacock Abbey. Peaceful location and plenty of parking space. We would go back again.
