Lovely cottage very clean and comfortable finished to a high standard convenient to park and ride into Bath city centre. Would be good to have appliance information on how to use along with local information on places to eat emergency numbers etc. washing up liquid, hand soap, dish cloths and scourers. Internet and wi-fi connections would be a big advantage as trying to book tickets online to local attractions was very difficult and frustrating.

We recently stayed at this house as a group of five and overall had a mixed experience.Positives:The house itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it a good base for our trip. There was plenty of room for all of us, and it has the potential to be a really great place to stay.Negatives:Unfortunately, communication from the owner was lacking. We weren’t given any clear instructions about key collection, how the beds would be set up, or general information about the property. Despite booking for five people, the fifth bedroom wasn’t made up, so we had to improvise by taking sheets from a single bed to use on a double. Towels were not supplied, which we hadn’t been made aware of beforehand, and there was no welcome folder with local information or checkout instructions.Special Mention:A big positive, however, was the Fox and Badger pub directly opposite. The landlord and staff were incredibly welcoming, and the food and beer were excellent — highly recommended if you’re staying in the area.Overall, the property itself is lovely and spacious, but better communication and a few simple touches — like making sure all booked rooms are ready, providing towels, and offering basic local information — would really improve the guest experience.

The wagon house is nice, lots of room but could do with more shelving in the bedrooms. Wi-Fi and tv reception is terrible. The fridge is a bit small for the size of the house. Pub over the road is good. Local area is lovely. Kitchen is large but could do with better knives and more cutlery. No BBQ or outdoor seating area which is a shame.
