A little oasis in the clouds, perched atop a hill overlooking the town below. Although the property is small, it contained everything a not-quite-decrepit couple like us required for a two-week holiday. The interior décor is simple, clean and functional. We particularly enjoyed the net curtains and the fact that the design of the cushions on the sofa matched the pattern on the curtains — a fact we only realised on our last morning. While the Saharan-style weather meant we did not take full advantage of the hot tub, it did mean we were able to enjoy the outside seating area extensively. The rural aspect of the property also afforded us the opportunity to observe a variety of birdlife as we breakfasted, with the green woodpecker (*Picus viridis*) being a frequent and particularly welcome guest. This is unlike any other holiday let we have stayed at before: you felt more like a guest than a customer, which in a world bereft of warmth is a rare treat.

Really nice get away, room was super clean and tidy, hosts were very welcoming only issue i would have is the hot tub is in full view of the house and could put a few people off. I would, however book again as it didn't bother us.
