Resting within a sought after area, close to a number of iconic beaches, this cottage makes for an outstanding family getaway to Dorset. Upon entering this well-presented property, you are welcomed into a brightly-decorated hallway leading you into a sitting room, which oozes an atmosphere of tranquillity. Beyond here is an open-plan kitchen with a formal dining room, perfect for hosting a dinner party for the entire family. Retire of an evening within one of three elegantly-dressed bedrooms, comprising of a double, a twin and a single, each benefiting from ample storage space. Completing the first floor is a bathroom, fitted with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, finished with a charming seaside theme. From the conservatory, you can throw open the patio door to enjoy the summer months within the well-kept garden area, comprising of a charming summer house and garden furniture. Venture out into the delightful suburb, where you will find the local pub and a selection of shops within a 5-minute walk. Moreover, this cottage is a superb base for exploring the sandy beaches of Bournemouth, the wonderful Boscombe Pier and Hengistbury Head. All the divan bases creak and the mattresses are sagging. With new beds I would not be able to find fault with the property and would give it 10/10. With new beds I would rebook in a heartbeat.
