I am not usually one to complain but there are a few things which i feel people should be aware of when potentially booking this caravan.The pictures accompanying the description enhance the living accommodation.The description for this caravan clearly states ' 2 steps to entrance' (this being the main reason for our booking) there are in-fact 13 steps mostly uneven to enter the caravan which was very difficult for my wife.The description for the caravan Kitchen area indicates that there is a washing machine, There is not one, although there is a launderette on the site.The welcome pack is just a lever arch file , Not a box with essentials and local produce, (which we have had at other properties).The electric fire was not working, we later discovered that the batteries had been removed from the controller.The refrigerator was soaking wet internally making food packaging sopping.The caravan obviously has a serious damp problem, as can be seen by all the de-humidifiers in each room, and the en-suite to the main bedroom smelt of damp and we had the leave the fan running to clear the smell.Finally the electric kettle stopped working, hopefully this will be replaced.There are many other issues wrong with this caravan, too numerous to list.

My husband, 15 month old son and I had a brilliant week staying in Megan and Raf's static caravan at the Parkdean Sandford resort near Poole. It was the perfect place for everywhere we went (stand out was Monkey World, Swanage Railway and all the beautiful beaches). The caravan had everything we needed, comfy beds and a comfy sofa, a well stocked kitchen with a big fridge and freezer which fit our weekly shop in no problem. We like eating out but to help save money I was able to cook for us most nights, having an air fryer added to the convenience (plus the usual oven, hobs, microwave etc). Loved that their was a bath in the ensuite bathroom which was a life saver with us having a toddler especially after spending time at the beach! Thank you and I am sure we will be back again 😊

We spent a wonderful week there, loved the enclosed balcony for the dogs ... the caravan park is so peaceful, especially in the mornings! We loved the bunny rabbits and squirrels, just a lovely place to stay! It was very hot but there is a cooling fan, we took 2 of our own fans along too that we put on in the bedrooms! It was just what I needed after just losing my husband, I have come away feeling a bit more alive than I did when we arrived! Spent our days at the beach at Sandbanks and Swanage .. the sea was magnificent! The dogs loved it too! Thank you for a lovely stay!
