Nice comfortable beds and lovely powerful shower. The settee and chairs in the lounge were not very comfortable. The decor was nice and tasteful. The hosts were very friendly. We had a nice stay here and would recommend it.

Well appointed cottage. Air conditioning very welcome during our stay. Location good for visiting area. Has been suggested having a large vanity mirror in the bedroom. Perhaps some milk in the welcome pack. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The Stables is perfectly situated to explore both Dorset and Hampshire with easy access to the coast, town’s & cities and several National Trust properties. The cottage is well equipped to eat in but also close to many places to eat out.The owners made us feel welcome and the unexpected addition of air conditioning was more than appreciated in the recent heatwave.
