Attractively furnished offering spacious holiday accommodation and a good size secluded garden. A short stroll from the lodge takes you to a local Nature Reserve of 40 acres. Bournemouth can be enjoyed by all with the Town gardens, Oceanarium, many shops, bars and restaurants. A short drive to the New Forest with its famous wild ponies, or head for the Purbecks and enjoy coastal walks and pretty villages. Shops and pubs within 350 yards.

Very pleased with the accommodation long weekend visiting family, clean and comfortable place to stay, slight problem with finding the location in the dark as google indicated the wrong property until I read the email with the correct address, what three words location would be helpful

Perfect for what we wanted whilst visiting relatives in Bournemouth. Private, self contained, enclosed garden for the dog, private parking and everything needed in the cottage itself. Not the most modern decor or bathroom, but perfectly fine for a few days stay.Great comms with owner/keyholder. Only small negative point for us was the bed was a little hard, but that's really personal taste more than a fault with the cottage. We'd stay again and recommend to others.

It is our second time staying at Oak Lodge, the bungalow is always lovely well equipped and clean and tidy. The enclosed back garden is great as we always bring are dog with us. The area is lovey with close amenities and a nature reserve close by to walk the dog. The bungalow is well situated for visiting all the lovely places that Dorset and Hampshire have to offer. We particularly enjoy the New Forest. The host is always on hand if required. Would highly recommend a stay here and will be returning ourselves again in the future.
