Our Merley Woodland accommodation offers the convenience of online check-in, so you can skip the reception desk and head straight to your accommodation, where your key will be securely waiting for you.

HOT tubs – On arrival, hot tub’s may not be up to desired temperature as water is changed before each arrival. Please note that hot tubs are not permitted for use before 8.00am in the morning and after 10.00pm at night as this will disturb other visitors. On your day of departure, the hot tub water will be emptied at 8am.

If you have booked a Friday for 2 night break then you will have a late check out until 7pm on day of departure and Saturday for 2 night breaks will have a check out time of 10am on day of departure.

Security Deposit

Please be aware there is a £200 security deposit payable on arrival for adult only bookings (cash is not accepted).

Arrival Information

The reception team at Merley look forward to welcoming you, to help speed up the check in process please could you let Merley know of your party details such as names, childrens ages, email address and address of lead guest prior to arrival.

Facilities

Please note the Retreat Bar is currently not available until further notice.

We do hope that you enjoy the outdoor hot tub during your stay, please note that this facility is not operational before 9am in the morning and after 10pm at night as this will disturb other customers. We change the water for your arrival and as it takes time to heat up, the water may not be up to the desired temperature on the day of arrival. On your departure day the hot tub will be emptied from 8am.

Please note that central park facilities (such as The Spa, restaurant, bar etc) will not be open over New Year.

If you are bringing a pet then we politely ask that you do not allow them in the bedrooms of your accommodation please.

Party Types

Unfortunately we do not allow hen or stag parties as Merley Woodland Park is a family orientated holiday park. The park will not also not accept third party bookings, if you have any queries regarding this please contact our sales team on 0345 498 6589. If you are a work party please telephone us to book.

Please note for non-family bookings a £200 security deposit per unit is required on arrival, payment must be made by credit/debit card, cash is not accepted.

Please be aware the Merley Inn will not be open due to refurbishment work until 31st March

Winter opening times for the Atrium bar –

1st – 20th October – Friday & Saturday from 6pm

20th – 29th October – open every night from 6pm

29th October onwards – closed

Towels £6.50 for 1 bath and 1 hand towel (except Select Plus Lodges and properties with hot tubs)

In light of the current heatwave and fires we have seen in the New Forest we have banned any form of BBQ's and Open flame fires/stoves.
