This beautifully presented spacious, light and airy detached house, with four bedrooms, four bath/shower rooms occupying a stunning position directly on the sea front in Southbourne on the outskirts of Christchurch, with breath-taking views. A short walk takes you to seven miles of glorious golden beaches.
Beach View is a beautifully presented, spacious, light and airy detached house occupying a stunning position directly on the sea front. Being a holiday cottage with style, it has breath-taking panoramic sea (and beach!) views, from Hengistbury Head across to Poole Bay. The gentle washing of the sea can be heard from the house. A short walk takes you to the coastal zig zag path down to the glorious seven miles of golden beaches (voted Best Beach in the UK). A superb 34' long conservatory leads out to a garden with decked area.
The house appeared at number four in the Times newspaper listing “12 great houses by the sea” in the 16th June 2016 edition of the Saturday Times.

A free Beach hut also available for use during June and July and August, otherwise by separate agreement with the owner.
Two travel cots and two highchairs are available on request.

The situation is great and many good features The welcome pack was thoughtful There are a few things which should be addressed before Iâd recommend the property Very mouldy conservatory roof which needs cleaning urgently Mattress protectors need to be stain free Oven needs to be cleaned Oven Mate will do the trick Invest in matching china and more mugs There were only five mugs Maybe put fridge doors on the other side. Easy job. Would make it easier in this small kitchen Not the top rated property it might have once been although could be again with a little thought

This is a great house superb views especially from the 2 bedrooms upstairs., is very well equipped and would suit all. Great location and the owners were very attentive and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again and fully recommend it.
