Butcombe Farm House in Somerset receives high praise for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and excellent facilities, including hot tubs and a pool. Guests enjoyed the comfortable beds, warm hospitality, and the property's suitability for large groups. The picturesque location and additional touches like an ice maker and provision of cots and high chairs were appreciated, contributing to memorable stays for various occasions.
Guests consistently noted the property was spotlessly clean, with clean hot tubs and well-maintained rooms, indicating a high standard of cleanliness throughout the farmhouse.
The property's idyllic setting and proximity to local pubs and walks were appreciated, although its slight remoteness and distance from amenities were noted. The views and nearby vineyard added to the location's appeal.
Reviewers were very satisfied with the comfort provided by the property, mentioning comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. However, a few comments about bed firmness and shower pressure suggest minor room for improvement.
The farmhouse's facilities, including the pool, hot tubs, and cooking amenities, were highly praised. Suggestions for additional kitchenware and a games room indicate some areas for enhancement.
While guests were grateful for the hospitality and helpfulness of the host, there is no explicit mention of gifts being provided, so it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness based on the reviews provided.

Fabulous house with everything we needed. Rebecca was the most helpful host and really went out of her way to make sure we were so well looked after. Highly recommended.

Becky was very helpful and all that were in an around the farm were so lovely and accommodating. Facilities were great and the whole set up was just perfect. We visited Aldwick Estate for a vineyard tour which is a 10 minute walk up the road and would highly recommend it! Just a perfect time and couldnât be happier, thank you so much to all involved
