The property is ideally located for exploring Bath, Bristol, and the surrounding countryside, with local amenities such as shops and a popular fish and chip shop within walking distance. The orchard and garden are a delightful bonus, and many guests appreciate thoughtful touches throughout the home. Minor issues, such as thin bedroom curtains and occasional maintenance niggles, are mentioned but do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience.

The property is consistently described as exceptionally clean and tidy, with multiple guests highlighting the spotless condition of the house and its furnishings.

Guests love the peaceful village location, proximity to Bath, Bristol, and local attractions, as well as the convenience of nearby shops and eateries. Some mention narrow roads, but this is typical for the area.

The house is repeatedly described as comfortable, cosy, and spacious, with quality beds and furnishings. Occasional comments note thin curtains and a radiator issue, but overall comfort is highly rated.

The cottage is praised for being well-equipped, especially the kitchen, and for thoughtful amenities such as blankets and guidebooks. Minor suggestions include a downstairs toilet and a pizza wheel, but facilities are generally excellent.

Guests appreciate the owner's friendliness, helpfulness, and small touches like garden fruit and local recommendations. While some mention welcome baskets or gifts, these are not guaranteed for all stays.

Its a lovely house in a nice quiet location, on the edge of High Littleton.Everything was spotless and all the basics were there, along with lots of nice touches e.g. all the hand soap dispensers were full, there were dishwashers tablets, washing up liquid, salt and pepper, tea bags, a large bottle of milk etc etc all the things normally missed were there. The owners live next door and were friendly, welcoming and helpful (not that anything went wrong). The property is well placed to visit Bath, Wells, Bristol and the numerous National Trust properties that are in easy driving distance. There a pub, fish and chip shop and a small local shop in the village. There are larger supermarkets within 10-20 minutes drive.Highly recommended.
