With a wood burner, a hot tub, and an enclosed garden it’s perfect for families with youngsters and furry family members. Located in the countryside 8 miles from the nearest beach, it’s also ideal for exploring the Cornish coast and country.
One of a small group of holiday cottages, this cosy cottage makes a real home from home. There’s a large open-plan living area with a lounge and kitchen great for spending time together cooking, eating, and kicking back in front of the wood burner and Smart TV. Upstairs you’ll find three pretty bedrooms (one with en suite) with original features and a bright family bathroom. The enclosed garden is lovely, perfect for everyone to enjoy with a BBQ, somewhere to sit, and a luxurious bubbling hot tub.
If you head back down the lane, in under 1 mile you’ll reach the Lanhydrock Estate where there’s 900 acres of farmland you can explore. Spend the day on the beach at Par Sands or explore the fishing villages of Charlestown (10 miles) and Padstow (18 miles) – known for its out of this world restaurants. Keen walkers and cyclists will love the walking and cycling trails at Cardinham Woods (3 miles away), and golfers can play at the nearby course less than 1 mile from the cottage. Enjoy super-fun days out at the amazing eco attraction The Eden Project (8 miles away) and Kidzworld Adventure Play where there are all sorts of fun activities, including soft play, mini golf, a game zone, trampolines, and an outdoor play area (8 miles away near St Austell).
