A really modern kitchen and living space, comfy spacious rooms and an amazing back garden + a hot tub that we loved! Just a few maintenance issues - the windows and entrances throughout the property are in need of repair and are quite dirty. BIRD POO covered the balconies and some areas around the house, making the balconies unusable - this was the biggest problem and really needs addressing. The birds actually live along the roof line around the house so there's a bed of poo under each nest, not nice at all. There was also no hot water in one of the showers. There was a musty smell throughout the house when we arrived, took a couple of days to get rid of and they had the wrong names on the welcome message, would've felt nice to see our own

It was definitely a wow moment when we walked in we had been at The Green in Liskard for our daughterâs wedding for 3 days and decided to finish the week off before heading back home to the midlands there were 13 of us including the bride and groom who joined us for 2 days the cottage was just perfect in every way and a fabulous end to an amazing week definitely recommend and hopefully will be back thank you

Quiet spot with lovely views and good location. :( Outside the garden furniture was dirty and cushions left out with bird droppings on them. :( Bins were dirty :( Hairdryer not working and PAT testing out of date :( Some core basics missing which we expected to be standard in a house of this size and price (e.g. tea towel / hand soap in toilets)
