Il cottage è molto bello in un posto incantevole. Lhost è sempre stato reattivo nelle risposte e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. Unica cosa migliorerei la pulizia soprattutto di lenzuola e asciugamani. Consiglierò questo posto ad amici e parenti.

Upon arrival, I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness throughout the property. It was immediately apparent that the lodge had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Specific issues included:- A wet, foul-smelling bath mat - Stained and musty towels - Thick dust on the cooker hood and vents cakes in grease.- Thick dust on Skirting boards and stairs case.- An oven that appeared not to have been cleaned for months - Dirty kitchen utensils that required washing before use - Cobwebs and spiders behind the microwave - Unhoovered areas beneath sofa cushions and rugs - Radiator vents coated in dust - Floors so dirty they left our feet black, despite being asked to remove shoesThe only aspect that seemed to have been refreshed was the bedding. Overall, the state of the lodge was unacceptable and far below the standards one would expect, especially given the otherwise well-maintained park facilities and good location.
