HOMELEIGH is a charming cottage praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful rural location. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and homemade cake. It's well-equipped for a relaxing stay, though some noted the living area is snug for larger groups. The property offers a unique upside-down layout and is conveniently close to Bude and Widemouth Bay.
Most guests found HOMELEIGH to be very clean, with only one mention of cobwebs and unclean kitchen equipment. The overall impression is of a well-maintained property.
The cottage's location is highly praised for its tranquility and proximity to Bude and Widemouth Bay. Its rural setting on a farm adds to the peaceful experience, though it requires driving for amenities.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed mentioned. However, some guests noted that the living area could be cramped for larger groups, suggesting that while the cottage sleeps six, it may not comfortably accommodate six in communal spaces.
There is not enough information to accurately score the facilities and maintenance. While there are mentions of the property being well-equipped and having amenities for babies, specific references to the overall state of facilities and maintenance are limited.
Guests frequently mention the thoughtful gestures of the hosts, such as leaving fresh flowers and a homemade cake. These acts are highly appreciated, though it's important to note that such personal touches, while common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Some difficulty arranging check-in and a bit of maintenance needed here and there but overall the place itself was nice and I'd probably go back.
