A useful utility room sits just off the kitchen, adding the sense of space and practicality, particularly for the walkers, surfers and golfers in your group throughout the on and off season. Bude town centre and it's beaches are all within a 10-15 minute walk away. The wider North Cornwall coastline is easily accessible by car.
