Lovely location and well fitted. Five minute walk to the beach. Good outdoor space for children and a barbecue. There were some issues. The downstairs annexe had mould in the bathroom and no window in the bedroom to open. The light, on a sensor, was fine, but not good for a late shower - the light went off too quickly and no chance of getting it back on again! No hanging space as well. The shared bathroom on the ground level also had mould.The house needs better sound proofing.Footsteps and activity in the upstairs lounge were heard in the bedrooms and for a modern house this should have been better. Everyone was awake as soon as the first person went upstairs. Hoover, but no dustpan and brush anywhere despite the instructions saying there was. Maybe the cooker needs a clean inside and some maintenance as it was difficult to get the right temperatures. Microwave was in a difficult location to use. Overall, however, we had a great time and the issues described were more of a minor irritant than a deal breaker. But paying that amount for a week in high season we were perhaps expecting a few of the finer touches that would put the house in the top tier.But go for it - we enjoyed our week with the family. Nice welcome package as well.

Just back from a lovely break at Tregarden. House fully equippedBeautiful views. Garden secure and well equipped for toddlers and little ones. Five minute walk to the beach which was great. Great communication from owner who very kindly accommodated our specific requests for arrival on day one, and rushed to get the place cleaned the day before for us. All in all a great place to stay
