Wasted time calling the helpline as did niit get back to me. Finally got a reply after sending another message and no help at all . I feel that the property was not equipped fir three and should have been affirmed an alternative straight away. Would you want to send your holiday with one person sitting on a flimsy dining chair to watch tv or one sitting on the bed ? It was noisy in the evening but we were warned about this and it was not too much of a problem . Would not have been so bad if it were cooler as we needed the windows open s as ll. ichthyosaurs to keep cool I will not be using Sykes again due to the appalling customer service which is a shame as I have used them many times before

Only a couple of things to mention. The shower really needs updating, just a new shower head , and the area isnât the best. I know this has nothing to do with the actual property, but defo worth a mention. A few homeless guys hanging around near the front, the kids outside the property till around 9/10 pm.
