Great for exploring Cornwall. To us what let the house down was the lack of finishing touches. For example there were no bin bags, cleaning products, kitchen roll etc. In comparison, our holiday house the following week in Devon contained all that stuff and even washing liquid for the washing machine! There was also no comments book, two frying pans which don't actually work on an induction stove, no house instructions (we had to goggle how to use an induction hob!) or local information. The token welcome pack was disappointing with the sugar jar having been previously used and complete with coffee grains and the small jug of milk hardly worth the effort. That said we had a lovely weeks holiday and the house met most of our expectations.

The WiFi coverage didn't work in all rooms. Also had an unannounced visit from a maintenance man who was painting outside of a bedroom window, he also left the gate open, luckily we hadn't let our dog outside to run free. The property was lovely and very clean, and also was perfectly situated for adventuring.

Other than that it was perfect
