The top floor presents two further stylish bedrooms: a king size zip link room and a twin that can convert to a super king, both finished with feature walls and contemporary touches, as well as period features. Hayle Towans, with its vast golden sands, lies just seven miles away, while the iconic seaside town of St Ives is in easy reach, with its beautiful Harbour Beach, boutique shops, art galleries and coastal charm. The world famous St Michael’s Mount at Marazion is just 13 miles from the door, offering an unforgettable day trip. From surfing, water sports and rock pooling to scenic South West Coast Path walks, the surrounding area is rich with outdoor adventures. The dramatic Lizard Peninsula, with highlights such as Mullion Cove and the legendary shipwreck strewn Manacles, offers incredible scenery and unique maritime history.

Conveniently, the cottage is just steps away from excellent local amenities. The neighbouring St Aubyn Arms is a welcoming family friendly inn serving quality steak, classic pub dishes and a selection of cask ales, along with the neighbouring Philps Bakery and pasty shop, and a well stocked village store provides everyday essentials right across the road. Step out of your front door with your dog for local walks around this charming village.

The village green is the hub of the community, and many family friendly events take place here each year. Just outside the village, the Clowance Estate country club with holiday lodges offers a 9-hole golf course, other leisure activities and pleasant lakeside and woodland walks – and the sandy beaches of Portreath, Gwithian and Hayle are just a short drive away. Easily accessible from Praze an Beeble is the old market town of Helston with its boating lake and annual Flora Day – and from Helston, the much-loved harbour town of Porthleven is just a 5-minute drive.
