Guests can visit  Heartlands, a community area speckled with mining industry remains, exhibits of Cornwall's heritage, along with the opportunity to look at art and craft projects, stroll through the gardens, and savour lunch at the Red River Café. A short drive from Camborne will take you to a plethora of sandy Cornish beaches such as Portreath, Gwithian, and Porthtowan.
