Guests say

Little Lanes is a well-regarded cottage in Cornwall, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable accommodation, and welcoming host, Sue. Guests enjoyed the rural views, with cows often seen from the windows, and found it a good base for exploring North Cornwall. The property's cleanliness and Sue's hospitality are frequently mentioned, contributing to a pleasant stay.

The property consistently receives high praise for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews highlighting the spotless condition upon arrival. This suggests a well-maintained and hygienic environment.

The location is appreciated for its quietness and proximity to local attractions in North Cornwall. The rural setting with views of farmland and wildlife adds to the charm, although one review mentioned a lack of walking areas for dogs.

Guests find the property comfortable, noting the cosy atmosphere and comfortable beds. However, some guests suggested improvements in seating arrangements, indicating that while the property is generally comfortable, there is room for enhancement.

Facilities such as a washing machine, dryer, and well-equipped kitchen are appreciated, but some guests noted the need for additional items and mentioned a small kitchen space. The presence of a secure garden for pets was a concern for some.

While the host, Sue, is frequently mentioned for her welcoming nature, there are no specific references to gifts or special thoughtful touches beyond the expected hospitality. Therefore, it is not possible to score this category.

Good views from the property. Modern comfortable bedroom and excellent shower. Lounge/Kitchen needs some TLC and updating and the kitchen layout is not ideal. All the equipment you need but the electric kettle on the sink draining board is dangerous. As pets are allowed there was aways a smell of dogs during our stay.

Bedroom and bathroom modern, bed comfortable, nice bedding. Living area very old fashioned, no settee, 3 armchairs which were not very comfortable. Nice countryside views, awkward kitchen layout with not enough space for electrical appliances. Broken vertical blinds on patio door which proved troublesome for entering and exiting the property. Decent size driveway. Patio furniture needs attention/replacing. Some good points, some not so.

Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Enjoyed watching the cows while we dined. Owner very friendly and welcoming.
