This idyllic holiday spot is a great place to stay for anyone exploring the delights of western Cornwall. Close to the busy town of Falmouth, this property is an ideal base when venturing along the stunning coastline or enjoying visits to the sub tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan, Flambards Adventure Park, Helford River, The Eden Project or the cathedral city of Truro. Nestling next to a pretty stream on a friendly complex boasting 16 acres of gardens designed by David Bellamy and with a decked patio to relax on, this delightful cottage provides a great taste of laid back Cornish life. As you enter through the stable door, the living space is open plan. The kitchen area is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area has comfortable sofas and includes a Smart TV and DVD player. The dining area has a modern table and chairs, also a radio with iPod dock and patio doors leading to the outside. There is a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are three stylish bedrooms; two modern double bedrooms and a spacious single bedroom which includes a desk and chair. The shower room is on this floor and has a walk in shower and WC. Outside, accessed from the dining area, is a private, decked terrace complete with garden furniture. A gentle stream runs alongside the terrace. On site facilities include all weather tennis courts, children's adventure playground and soft play, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and plunge pool. There is also a family friendly clubhouse with bar and food facilities in addition to a small shop. Please note that some of the amenities are only open from Easter to October. Need to know: Sleeps 5. 3 bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 single. 1 shower room with walk in shower and WC and ground floor WC. Enclosed decked area with garden furniture. Off road parking for 1 car, further visitor parking available. EV Charging Available on site on a pay as you go basis (via Monta app). Shops 1.5 miles, beach and pub within walking distance. Please note there is a stream running alongside the property so please take care with children. Please note that branded commercial vehicles are not permitted on site overnight. Play facilities available all year round: outdoor children s play area with climbing apparatus and slide, indoor soft play. Leisure facilities: Clubhouse with bar, pool table, restaurant, small shop and gym. The plunge pool, sauna and jacuzzi are only available during peak holiday season (1st April to 31st Oct). Outdoor facilities open all year round: all weather tennis court (with netball and basketball hoops). Large field for children to play football. Shared gardens include picnic benches, willow arches and wildflower meadow.
