It suited our needs. There was a lovely hamper which included treats for the dogs. When we arrived it was warm and the Christmas decorations really did make it Christmassy. It was extremely well equipped. None of us could fault it. We had a wonderful magical Christmas at 1 Florence Place. If we could bottle it and sell it we would make a fortune.

It was very well equipped and comfortable with lots of lovely touches for us and our dog. We had an issue with the heating in the top bedroom, the pressure had dropped and tried to call the property manager in the folder but didnât get a reply. It might be a wrong number? My 92 year old mum was with us so we wanted to get it sorted for her as she feels the cold and the top bedroom was very cold for me . We called Helpful Holidays who managed to get hold of him via the housekeeper but it took another day. Apart from that we absolutely loved the house and holiday , thank you

! We absolutely loved Florence Place!! Such a fantastic period property! It was a pleasure to return here at the end of our busy days during our holiday! Such attention to detail!! The house was very clean, well cared for and welcoming! The beds were very comfortable. A real 'home from home '! We were able to park both our cars either outside or just around the corner every day.Would love to come back again!
