The barn is warm and bright, very clean and spacious and pleasantly fitted out. The grounds are very pretty too, and well planted, and there's a great dog walk along the side of the golf course accessed by a private gate for Pennance residents. The deck has a lovely view of the Golf Course but needs a jetwash as it's very slippery as you walk out of the back door. An airer to dry washing is needed too. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend. Attending to the two suggestions above would make this property 5stars across the board. Thanks for a great week in Cornwall!

The accommodation could be better if a few things were attended to…..the front door lock needs attention as it’s really difficult to open from either side. The outside table/chairs and decking area have seen better days & weren’t particularly clean. The decking was strewn with leaves on arrival (for info, the outside space wasn’t secure for our little dog). We had to buy some items to make our stay more comfortable….a kettle (the one provided was unusable with a jammed lid), a broom to clear the decking, a clothes airer as there was a washing machine but nowhere to hang wet laundry during our 2 week stay, an anti-slip mat for the bath/shower and a set of coat hangers for the hooks in the second bedroom (there’s no wardrobe). There appears to be a hornets nest in the roof adjoining the neighbouring property (they kept coming inside and we eventually worked out where they were coming from). On one occasion we had 6 inside so had to be careful about opening the windows/patio doors & kept them mostly shut, which was very uncomfortable in the hot weather & affected our enjoyment of the holiday. The wifi and phone signals are intermittent, which we knew about anyway & it didn’t particularly bother us. The allocated parking is in an area adjacent to the complex, rather than outside the property. On the plus side, the beds are comfy, it’s clean & spacious inside, in a good location with nice views of the golf course and in a sunny position if you’re lucky enough to have good weather.

It looked a nice place plenty of parking and the area was very clean with some lovely properties around. We did have job to unlock the front door as it had dropped slightly. Inside was very clean. Grand Children liked there rooms. there is some maintainence needed decking was very dirty and garden furniture past there sell by date. Our room had a nice onsuite but a small sink, beds were comfortable. The kitchen lacked a washer drier,as we had afew days of rain and struggled to dry clothes especially with 5 of us and no washing line.
