Guests say

Guests have praised the cottage for its spacious living areas, large bedrooms, comfortable beds, and excellent shower facilities. The hot tub and games room were highlights, contributing to a pleasant stay. While some guests experienced issues with maintenance and noise from neighbours, the staff were noted to be friendly and helpful.

The property was described as very clean, with a hot tub that was well-maintained throughout the stay. No negative comments about cleanliness were mentioned.

There is insufficient information to accurately assess the location as reviews do not specifically mention location attributes.

The beds were described as comfortable, especially in the large bedrooms. However, one review mentioned worn mattresses and issues with noise from adjacent properties, which suggests that comfort could be compromised in certain situations.

Facilities like the jacuzzi and games room were appreciated, but there were several mentions of maintenance issues such as a broken door handle and exposed carpet pins. The presence of a play area and outdoor pool were positive aspects.

There were no mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score for this category.

Even the little extras for the dogs was a lovely touch. We only had one issue but didn’t at all effect our stay and that was the rug in the living area smelt of urine so we just rolled it up and put it out the way during our stay. We would love to return and stay again in the future and have already recommended to friends and family.

The man who looked after the Jacuzzi was extremely helpful and very approachable if I needed any help or advice. My son enjoyed the outdoor pool and we all liked the little play area for children and handy to walk my dog in while my son was on the trampoline. The bathroom handle was loose and the toilet made a slight noise but other than everything was perfect.

Door handle broken in back bedroom, pins from carpet grip poking through wood again back bedroom, had to keep curtains closed as people could see directly into bedroom, also mattresses so worn in the front bedroom especially where the springs had gone it had sunk we were personally disappointed and would not stay again or recommend
