A great base to explore Falmouth and beyond. The accommodation was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. It was tastefully decorated, with some luxury touches, like robes The bed was super comfy! The small outside spaces were a bonus on a lovely day. Communication with the hosts was great if needed but they also left you to enjoy your stay, which was nice. A very friendly welcome from Richard. Downhill 15 min walk to Falmouth centre and beaches and, for tired legs, the train or buses to bring you back up the hill.

Lovely clean and spacious accomodation with driveway parking in quiet location. It is about a 20 minute walk to the harbour and about 30 minutes to the beaches. We stayed for a full week in September, and appreciated the wine and flowers left for us on arrival.
