An old fisherman's cottage, the property has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard offering all the modern day comforts to ensure the perfect holiday for families and friends alike. The cottage is full of character which can be sensed the moment you enter the open plan living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, welcoming open fire and slate floors. There are three bedrooms here, two doubles and a single which along with the bathroom are all on the first floor. The village itself is steeped in history, with its distinctive natural harbour known as one of Cornwall's most loved and romantic beauty spots. From the cottage you are only moments from all this most popular village offers with a great collection of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and local potteries.
Nearby too, and well worth a visit (but only for the brave!) is the Museum of Witchcraft. The National Trust visitor centre will give you all the latest news of what is on in the surrounding area with lots of information about walks and places to visit. One short walk well worth making for the amazing coastal views can be had by following the left hand path at the harbour; the famous blowhole can also be seen from here either side of low tide. With being in an ideal location for touring this rugged coastal area of Cornwall, this lovely cottage offers a most comfortable base for great holidays throughout the year.
A perfect Cornish coastal village, the road through Boscastle runs down to the small harbour at the bottom of the hill.
