You are greeted by a beautifully designed kitchen diner fully equipped and offering cosy river views through a low-set window that lets in soft natural light. The living room also overlooks the water and is a Yes retreat, with a Smart TV, plush sofa, twin chairs, and whimsical, nautical-inspired lighting that gives the room a welcoming glow. On the first floor, you’ll find two serene bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and elegant, timeless decor, while the second bedroom offers twin beds with peaceful riverside views. The family bathroom on this floor is a chic oasis with a charming slipper bath and a spacious double shower. Returning to the ground floor, stairs lead down to a cosy third bedroom with a double bed, en-suite toilet, and charmingly low ceilings that add unique character. This level also provides direct access to a patio and sun deck, where you can enjoy leisurely al fresco dining or unwind with a sundowner after a day of exploring. Crew Quarters worked perfectly for the five of us and a dog. Very comfy sitting room with view of the river, amazing kitchen, likewise with the view and lovely bedrooms. Spotlessly clean which is a big plus for us.

We had a lovely week in Fowey here. Perfect location for getting into town, its only a 30 second walk into town. Slightly tricky with the front door being right on the road, but we were pleasantly surprised that we had no noise disturbances in the night, as the bedrooms were at the back of the house overlooking the sailing club and river. Beautiful views from all rooms! Unloading was a little difficult as its quite tight stopping just past the house, but we managed it, then parked the cars at Caffa Mill (5-10 min walk away) It was lovely watching the boats go by with breakfast every morning. If you are tall, choose the upstairs bedrooms, as the lower bedroom has low ceilings! But definitely recommend, we had a wonderful stay, the house was more spacious than we expected, and very cosy living room. Also good wifi if anyone is working from home!

The house was beautiful, everything you could posibly need for your stay and the most wonderful view of the river from every room. It was the perfect location, right on the high street and accesible to everything. We cant wait to return!
