Beautiful spot with excellent views. Building could do with a little TLC, but no complaints here, we had a fabulous time!

Lovely place to stay. The kitchen is superbly equipped and the dining area is very sociable. The overall layout works really well. Beds and bedrooms are very comfortable. View is obviously incredible. Lovely walks around the area, but a bit of a drive to get anywhere else unless you take the passenger ferry across to Fowey.Only negatives was the seating in the lounge. It looks great on first glance but it is a bit uncomfortable if want to sit and watch the world go by for an extended period of time. Be aware that people in the downstairs bedrooms can hear every footstep upstairs, but this due to the construction of the house. Overall we felt very privileged to be able to stay in this location with the view and have parking for two cars.

Beautiful view but property needs a lot of work, including ditching all old furniture and upgrading.
