The Lodge is a stylish three bedroom detached bungalow, which is maintained to a very good standard and has been thoughtfully furnished to make guests feel welcome during their stay in Fowey.
Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, you are just a short walk from the town centre, with its shops, restaurants and quayside amenities.
This spacious property enjoys a super enclosed garden/patio to the rear and also has the benefit of off road parking for two cars, making it an ideal base for your family holiday in Cornwall.

The Lodge is a comfortable and well furnished base for a holiday in Fowey. It is unusual to find a bungalow which provides three ensuite bedrooms in such comfort. There is a large well equipped garden. This is a hiighly recommended place for a holiday at any time of year.

Positives* Good value* Perfect location: easy 10-15 min walk into Fowey town and close to coastal walks and sightseeing places* 3 good sized bedrooms* 3 bathrooms (1 bath, 2 ensuite showers) * Well equipped inc. lots of wooden hangers and kitchen scales. Needed oven gloves, quick dry kitchen towel, kitchen hand-soap, kitchen roll* Garden: decent sized with brick built enclosed bbq, 2 sun-beds with side table, large moveable table and lots of chairs with cushions.* Kitchen Pack: cloth, sponge, bin liners, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid * Welcome Pack: thoughtful (but not to our taste and Cornish produce would have been better)Negatives* Parking: Daily issue. Workers parked outside, including illegally across the dropped curb, making it very difficult to squeeze our car in and out of the driveway. Also neighbour’s 2 boats overhanging the space didn’t help! * Cleaning: needed improvement. Hair blocking shower plugs. In kitchen/living area marks and food debris on worktops, windowsill, in fridge and freezer, under sofa cushions etc. Living room windows were covered in children’s handprints * Corner sofa: uncomfortable, grubby, dusty and had many cushions with feathers escaping * Maintenance: kitchen waste disposal unit not working, Outside (on garage) light not working. Outside up-lights (near front door) impossible to turn off, casting permanent light into the two double bedrooms. Hallway light essential bulb gone
