Watch House is a modern, comfortable apartment situated close to the slipway at Caffa Mill. The accommodation is on two levels, with the open plan living space on the top floor, offering you superb views of the estuary below.
It is only a 10 minute stroll along the estuary into Fowey, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes.

The Watch House is in a great location for the restaurants etc in the town, and has a great view of the river. It’s clean tidy and well equipped. The shower in the ensuite is very small, and some better lighting upstairs would be good. However we had a lovely holiday, and hope to return.

We had a great stay at the watch house.Our lovely home from home.. it would be good to have a lock on the bedroom windows so that we could leave them open a bit to let some air through. It was very warm. Thank you for the bubbles 🍸

This is a lovely holiday home, however there are some things that require consideration. 1. There was dog hair on the stairs, breadcrumbs on and in the toaster which required cleaning. 2. We required full accessibility and was told there were 3 steps up to No.1, however there were 13 steps on an external metal staircase. 3. Security of the property in terms of the locks; the Yale lock is broken, the internal locking latch is missing completely - anyone with a key could just let themselves in. 4. The shower in the ensuite for a semi-disabled person is unsuitable. More attention to detail is required.
