Guests say

Seacroft in Polruan is a well-furnished, comfortable property with spectacular views, appreciated for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and tasteful decoration. The outdoor terrace is a highlight, offering hours of enjoyment watching boating activity. The village's friendliness adds to the charm, though some guests noted access and key management could be improved.

Mixed feedback on cleanliness; one guest found it poor and needed cleaners to revisit, while another praised its spotless condition. This suggests inconsistency.

The location is highly praised for its great views and suitability for hikers and runners, despite some concerns about road access and distance to supermarkets.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with well-furnished rooms and comfortable beds, contributing to a relaxing experience.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with everything needed provided. However, concerns about key management suggest some room for improvement in maintenance.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Lovely cottage in a superb location, in a very friendly village.

Great location (Polruan/Fowey), nice property with beautiful views, comfortable beds… but road access is tricky and the nearest supermarkets aren’t close by (Bodmin, 30mn drive). Obviously the SW Coast bays and headlands are stunning for hikers, runners, and fans of the ‘Salt Path’ (you may even spot Raynor on the ferry between Fowey and Polruan).

The cleanliness of the property was poor! I had to call and ask for the cleaners to come back and then it still wasn’t very good!!!!
