Set within easy reach of vast, outdoor spaces, including Dartmoor National Park, whilst also enjoying access to Cornwall's renowned coastline, Blueberry House is the perfect setting for seven adults on a family staycation or break away with friends. Make your way inside the property to find a dwelling adorned in stylish décor, which is especially evident in the sitting room, courtesy of its sleek, velvet seating and flatscreen TV. Move through the property to find a kitchen hosting an array of fantastic appliances, including a built-in electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and a Breville fast boil hot water dispenser for convenience.

When a mouthwatering meal has been fixed up, tuck into it in the dining room, a space seating up to eight people and brimming with natural light, thanks to the floor to ceiling windows, making for a fantastic socialising spot. Freshen up before bed in the handy cloakroom or upstairs in the fabulous, family bathroom, where a bath with an overhead shower awaits. Climb the stairs to the first floor, where three of four thoughtfully laid-out bedrooms can be discovered, with two of these being stylish doubles with en-suite shower rooms, and the other being a single. Progress upstairs to the second-floor twin, a room enjoying zip/link beds and access to a spacious en-suite shower room; this room, along with the others also benefits from a wall-mounted TV.

Behind the property lies an enclosed, multi-level garden, where you can enjoy plenty of alfresco dining during the summer months! Within easy reach of several popular beaches including Widemouth Bay, Crackington Haven and Trebarwith Beach. Travel a short way into Launceston to come across a selection of amenities, along with the marvellous attractions of Launceston Golf Club, a heritage railway which spans across North Cornwall and the remains of Launceston Castle; the town additionally rests near the fantastic Trethorne Leisure Park and Dingles Fairground Heritage Centre. For a taste of the outdoors, embark on a short drive to Bodmin Moor, a granite moorland boasting Cornwall's highest peaks, including Brown Willy and Rough Tor, as well as access to Bronze Age hut circles; after a day packed with walking throughout the moorland, retreat to the town of Bodmin to see the Bodmin Jail Attraction, before enjoying a well-earned pint at the Borough Arms.

For some coastal fun, travel north to the seaside town of Bude, where Summerleaze Beach, Bude Sea Pool, The Castle Bude and access to the South West Coastal Path await. Enjoy more of the North coast with visits to Boscastle, Widemouth Bay or venture south for days out at Looe, St Austell and Fowey. Make everlasting memories at the wonderful Blueberry House.
