Rosecraddoc Manor - Hayloft is a quiet, clean, and comfortable cottage located just outside Liskeard, with easy access to southern coastal resorts. While some guests found the property to be a lovely and peaceful stay, others noted issues with maintenance and additional charges for electricity and Wi-Fi.
The property generally received positive remarks for cleanliness, with mentions of it being clean and having nice bed linen. However, there were isolated complaints about unpleasant odours and unclean kitchen areas, slightly lowering the score.
The location is praised for its proximity to Liskeard and coastal resorts, making it a good base for exploring the area. The peaceful grounds and the presence of a fishing lake are also positive aspects.
Guests found the property comfortable overall, but the comfort score is affected by reports of musty smells and steep, uneven steps to the property, which could pose a challenge for some visitors.
Facilities and maintenance issues were a concern for several guests, with reports of a non-working sauna, overcharged electricity, and a lack of basic provisions such as soap and towels. The fishing lake also requires attention.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the host. Therefore, this category cannot be scored, and the score is set to null.

The setting of the holiday home was in stunning countryside. The property itself is a fairly old renovated property. The facilities were reasonable. However, the whole place smelt overwhelmingly of wet dog.

Quiet place to stay it was clean and comfortable the only downside was that the electric cost was added as an extra, It should have been included the same as other destinations but otherwise it was a nice place to stay
