Guests appreciate the picturesque and tranquil setting of Rosecraddoc Manor, with its beautiful grounds and proximity to Liskeard. The spacious accommodation is noted for its idyllic surroundings and is considered a great base for exploring Cornwall. However, some guests mention discomfort with the beds and additional charges for amenities.
The property is generally described as clean, with specific mentions of 'lovely and clean' and 'comfortable clean accommodation'. However, one review notes a musty smell in the wet room, suggesting room for improvement in airing out the property between stays.
The location is highly praised for its beauty, peacefulness, and convenience as a base for visiting Cornwall. The proximity to a lake, river, and the town of Liskeard are frequently mentioned as positives.
While the property is considered spacious and well-sized, several reviews criticise the comfort of the beds, with reports of broken slats and uncomfortable mattresses. The provision of basic pillows also detracted from the overall comfort.
Facilities like the dishwasher and washer are appreciated, but the lack of a dryer, despite advertisement, and issues with the wet room drainage are noted. Additional charges for electricity, Wi-Fi, and towels, as well as the absence of basic supplies, have impacted the satisfaction with facilities and maintenance.
There are no specific mentions of gifts or welcome packs, which suggests that such gestures are not a regular practice at this property. As a result, it is not possible to score the thoughtfulness based on the reviews provided.

Location is amazing, the local town Liskeard is beautiful and has all needed amenities. The cottage itself is well sized for a family of four. Advertised as having a washer/dryer however is in fact just a washer. Both double beds could use updating. The downstairs bed was very uncomfortable and noisy, and the upstairs double has broken slats that have been temporarily fixed however has not fixed the issue and the slats keep popping out.The grounds of the manor are beautiful and peaceful.
