Only downside is it’s a bit remote . Roads are very windy and hilly, so not easy to get around on foot.

While accommodation was comfortable it lacked the items we have become used to in similar, or lesser, accommodation. For instance a pint of milk on arrival after a long journey, some teabags or coffee, to make that first drink. A hairdryer. Towels included in rental price. Also no mention in booking that we needed to pay for electric, which, based on just using the oven to hear breakfast rolls and the kettle, no use of washing machine, was quite expensive compared to home costs. While the actual grounds are beautiful and restful and the actual unit was comfortable it was a little too remote for us.

Lovely holiday apartment in idyllic location. It really does have a waterfall at the bottom of the garden. Good standard of beds/furniture/kitchen. Had an issue with bathroom drainage which was sorted the next day - great service. The only thing I could comment on is that the listing stated washer/drier but it only had a washing machine and it was tricky to dry clothes as we couldn't find an airer or washing line. Not too much of an issue really if you are prepared for this (we packed very light so needed the washer). All in all, recommended.
