Second year running we’ve visited Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, and we talked about visiting again next year, on our way home!

We were very pleased with the accommodation and friendly welcome from Julie.Talland Bay was comfortable, warm and very well equipped. The wifi was relatively easy to purchase which was good as we had very little O2 phone signal. The river outside the patio doors was an endless source of enjoyment - we were delighted to see a Dipper and had regular visits from the Robins. We enjoyed several strolls around the Manor grounds and visits to nearby Cotehele (would have visited Bucklamd Abbey but it was closed due to ice!).Shops were not too far by car (11 mins to Morrisons, 28 mins to Waitrose). The local roads are very narrow and winding but we found that taking a right out of the gate and driving up to the B3254 was the best route for most journeys.Had a lovely week, and looking forward to our next visit.Thank you Julie for your help and advice.

For us the location and the cleanliness of our accommodation on our arrival was our first impressions. All the information we required was made available to us. There was plenty to do even in November, the many walks and being central to other points of interest it was ideal for a location to stay. The owners were very helpful and friendly we could not ask for anything else. We both had a very busy year and this was our first opportunity to get away, and it did not disappoint. The view out the back of our accommodation was stunning with a peaceful brook running through it.We both enjoyed our time in Talland Bay.
