This luxury secluded lodge is set within the tranquil Stonerush Lakes park, two miles from Lanreath in Cornwall. 3 Stonerush Valley is perfect for a special romantic break. Set over one floor, this property boasts open-plan living at its best; demonstrated in its bright and airy living area with leather sofas and solid wooden furniture. Large French doors invite you to step out onto the spacious decked terrace, perfect for enjoying countryside views whilst enjoying an alfresco breakfast or while relaxing in the sunken hot tub. The bedroom features a king-size four poster bed, flat-screen TV, dressing table and en-suite with use of complimentary robes.
This lodge is equipped with everything you could possibly need – should you want to cook a delicious meal in the sleek modern kitchen or simply relax with a book. Set at the heart of Stonerush Lakes and within an easy walk of your lodge lies the Old Mill lakeside Bar and Restaurant offering a charming venue for a delicious meal or a relaxing drink by the wood burning stove or out on the deck overlooking Miller’s Island. Should you wish to venture further however, this lodge is within reach of the beautiful South Cornwall coast and historic town Fowey or you could even take a trip north to inland Cornwall to visit the fine towns of Lostwithiel, Liskeard and Bodmin.

Lanreath is a quiet, pleasant place offering easy access to the coast, the moors, National Trust properties and Cornwall's famous gardens. The sandy Looe beach adjoins the pier and is very popular with families because of its safe shallow swimming and vast expanse of sand. Polperro is a little further away and is a historic fishing village nestling at the head of a long valley leading down to the sea.

It was like being in a tree house with just the sound of the stream and the birds singing. It was lovely and clean and spacious inside with everything we needed. The staff at the bar/restaurant were lovely and so accomodating. Only criticsm is that the menu was limited and did not change at all whilst we were there. Otherwise BEAUTIFUL holiday spot.

Great location near the stream. Hot tub was made use of every day. Bath robes were a nice compliment. One thing I would suggest is curtains in the bedroom. Light came through the sides of the blinds and through the skylight in the room meaning, as soon as it gets light so does the bedroom. Light came in too all night from the security light on the bedroom wall outside. A much needed light for outside but this meant that sleep was disturbed. Look for the Stonerush Lakes sign on the main road to drive down to the lodge and not following googlemaps/satnav, as you will end up down a single lane dirt track.
