The view from The Dawn was absolutely stunning - it was lovely to wake up and have breakfast on the balcony. And chill with a glass of wine in the evening . The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with pans, plates , etc. Communication with the owners was also very good . Only downside was that to have the view , it’s a long walk down and back up from Looe. Luckily we were fit enough!! I would definitely recommend this lovely property.

Great views but it’s quite a walk from the local shops. A nice little ferry runs from West Looe to East Looe. There are quite a few steep steps from the road to the house.

The Dawn is a really comfortable house with amazing views over Looe. The house had everything we needed for our stay, we instantly felt at home. The design of the house meant it stayed cool during the hour weather we had which was great. The directions and information about the house are all really good and detailed. The house is located quite high up on the valley side of Looe, the only downside of the location is that the walk to the main beach is quite long and the walk back is up quite a step hill. However, everything else about the house makes up for that!
