Set overlooking the beautiful town of Looe, the harbour and to sea, this recently modernised property is in a fantastic spot. The Dawn’s east facing aspect rewards with a spectacular welcome to the morning dawn.. 35 steps to entrance.

We have been to many places in Cornwall and we absolutely fell in love with stunning Dawn .. yes many steps up and down , some slippery but you have to do those to get those amazing views which I will have imprinted into my memory forever . As for looe i was in awe at such beauty, history and we went a week without using the car as walked - polperro was spectacular to walk to , we caught local buses and local ferries , a week was not long enough and after feasting, drinking and listening to various singing acts in local pubs , we could enjoy going back to The Dawn to enjoy the night lights view of the looe bay and continue a few drinks with the dancing lights on the lounge wall. Cooking was a dream with that view and well equipped kitchen, suiting all needs. Our car did not fit in the garage but we knew that as everything was listed for our information before we left, we managed to park down the road but found we did not need to use the car . We will definitely be coming back to looe and fingers crossed we can book The Dawn again to re visit this beautiful place .

The view from The Dawn was absolutely stunning - it was lovely to wake up and have breakfast on the balcony. And chill with a glass of wine in the evening . The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with pans, plates , etc. Communication with the owners was also very good . Only downside was that to have the view , it’s a long walk down and back up from Looe. Luckily we were fit enough!! I would definitely recommend this lovely property.
