Set majestically above the harbour at Mevagissey with spectacular far reaching sea views this contemporary house set over three floors offers spacious accommodation and is ideal for large families. With an impressive large terrace making the most of the splendid vista this wonderful holiday home has been designed with your comfort and relaxation to the fore. After parking directly outside you enter the Pink house onto the second floor where two of the bedrooms, a single and a double with a private balcony are located. On the first floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, another single, a twin and a double with en suite facilities. There are two additional bathrooms both with a bath and shower, one situated on each of these floors. The ground floor houses the well designed open plan living room with a comfortable sitting area, a well equipped kitchen and a dining area with direct access out onto the balcony. It is outside though, weather permitting, where you will find yourselves spending so much time, relaxing, sunbathing and maybe dining al fresco making the most of the memorable views. A pleasant walk will take you down the hill to Mevagissey where an excellent choice of restaurants and historic old pubs offer a wide choice of food to suit all tastes. A most comfortable holiday home in an excellent location available all year round.
The perfect Cornish fishing village, with winding cobbled streets and a picturesque harbour. Stunning walks lead along the coast in both directions, with sandy beaches, high cliffs and hidden coves to explore. The village has an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants, whilst just up the road are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey also runs daily between Easter and September.

The bedrooms and lounge and dining room were all clean and the beds were comfortable. The cleanliness of the kitchen was OK but the extractor fan was really dirty and was periodically dripping old grease on to the hob. Cook with pan lids on! There are lots of kitchen cupboards with an array of equipment spread around - just needs a bit of reorganising to make it easier to find stuff. The salt and pepper shaker were rusty inside. Not much in the way of games and books and a scattering around of info brochures. There was a jigsaw but really didnât trust that all the pieces would be there as what was there was all a bit higgledy piggledy. Small niggles really as it is a lovely house with views to die for. Just clean the extractor fan!

We found everything to be perfect for our stay. Bedrooms and number of bathrooms were great for our group size and everyone had lots of their own space. The kitchen is well equipped and communal areas are cosy yet spacious. The views were exceptional and I can imagine in summer the decking is an incredible outdoor space to use. The house is well located to access Mevagissey itâs no more than a 10 mins stroll into the village (steep walk on the way back up but keeps you fit!). Thank you so much! We very much hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay hugely. The home was well equipped, although one of the single mattresses wasn't particularly comfortable, and some basics such as loo roll and dishwasher tablets were sparse.
