The light-filled kitchen/diner provides a fabulous space for cooking and sharing a celebratory meal. The ground floor also offers a relaxing twin / super-king-size bedroom, a piano in the entry hall, a utility room with a beach shower, and an invigorating wet room. Heading upstairs, the first floor features a stylish family bathroom and three beautiful bedrooms, all with sea views: a spacious twin, an en-suite twin/super-king-size room, and a lovely king-size room with double doors leading out onto a balcony overlooking the bay. Outside, the large garden has a big lawn perfect for children’s games, alongside a patio providing a fantastic spot for dining alfresco. There’s also a handy summer house with a football table and games.
Both Porth Beach and Newquay Beach are within 500 metres, with a wealth of great pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes all nearby. A popular spot for a range of water sports, Newquay is also home to attractions including the Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo and the Boating Lake.
