Set within a private and secluded location, yet within walking distance close to some of the country’s most popular beaches, you will find this stylish apartment, ideal for a family, and recently refurbished throughout for Summer 2022 and new boiler added in 2023. It provides the ideal base from which to explore not only the vibrant town of Newquay and it’s countless attractions, but the North Cornwall coastline, including seaside gems such as Padstow, Rock, Port Isaac and Boscastle to name but a few.
The apartment boasts an open-plan living area with a bright, spacious kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen has all you need, with many new appliances and plenty of workspace. There is a dedicated dining area and space to relax, including stylish black sofas (a 2 and 3 seater), and 55" TV. The décor throughout is bright and crisp. The two bedrooms provide a haven to relax and drift into peaceful sleep; one with an excellent kingsize bed with en-suite featuring bath with shower over. The second bedroom is again furnished with twin beds, whilst there is a family bathroom too. Being so near to iconic Fistral Beach, you have sea and beach views, yet with wonderful privacy you can still relax, unwind and recharge. With a dedicated private parking space, you can walk to many of the attractions or shops and leave your car behind.
There are many family-friendly beaches, with stretches of golden sand, rock formations, secluded inlets and coves all waiting to be discovered. At low tide, the unlimited supply of rock pools provide endless fun and excitement for children of all ages. Discover the superb all-weather aquarium, the zoo and harbour, with its fishing fleet of colourful boats, or visit the many shops and restaurants; this amazing place has something for every day of your stay.

This is our 4th stay at this apartment and we have already booked again for next year so I think this says it all !!!It’s a large, clean, well equipped and very comfortable accommodation, plenty of comfy seating in the lounge, good size wardrobes and lots of drawers in the bedrooms which are both en suite.In an ideal position for Fistral, Harbour and Towan beaches, and very close to the main shopping street and eateries, all in easy walking distance. Also it’s directly on the coastal path for walks with lovely sea views.Large parking space is a bonus.Good communication with the owners if necessary.

The flat was much bigger than expected. Great bedroom sizes both with en suite bathrooms. You can hear the waves if the window is open. Comfortable lounge with sweet little balcony good size dining table that would seat 6. Lots of kitchen work surface. Personally we really struggled with the size of the fridge, very small under the counter. The freezer was fine, just needed that for the ice for the gin. There was clutter in the wardrobes which I didn't like....no hoover. Oddly I missed that! Great walks right outside the front door easy for town or popping round to Fistral. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a great stay here. A very comfortable apartment. It is in a great location, just 10minute walk to Fistral beach and 10 minute walk from Newquay beach. The parking space is ideal as well and we could easily fit our car in the space with space around it still. Walking distance to some nice restaurants too. Check out the sunset sets at Fistral beach as well.
