There are 2 good pubs that are dog friendly and serve good food and beer, and a small shop that had everything you would need. Very enjoyable will definitely be retuning.

Housekeeper very helpful too. Would certainly use this again if we stay in Crantock again.

There is also a coffee shop but not open in November. The cottage was comfortable and very quiet and we were grateful for the milk left for us. It did take me two days to locate the hairdryer which was in a box in the downstairs wardrobe hidden behind the clothes dryer maybe a drawer would be a better option.
